The Department of Civil Engineering at East West University in association with JAG Field Co. Ltd. and Venturas Ltd. organized an online seminar on work opportunities in Japan for the civil engineering students of EWU on 11 September 2020.

Mrs. Yoriko Ueda, Founder and CEO of Venturas Ltd. and Dr. Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman, Manager, JAG Field Co. Ltd. was the distinguished speaker of the seminar. The seminar was held for an hour starting from 10:00 am BDT with the topic on ‘attractions of Japan as a working destination’ by Mrs. Ueda and ‘working opportunities and hiring processes’ by Dr. Akhtaruzzaman followed by question and answer from the participants.

Dr. Md. Naimul Haque, Chairperson, Department of Civil Engineering thanked all the distinguished speakers of the seminar for their kind presence and valuable time for the future graduates in helping them towards some practical orientation of the job market.
