Students of the Civil Engineering Department at East West University went to a daylong industrial visit at the industrial complex of Berger Paints Bangladesh at Savar in Dhaka on March 20, 2023. Application of the Berger Paints products to construction materials were presented during the visit. The students were able to gather knowledge on the use of the painting products in damp proofing, environmental protection, and home decoration. The students were also oriented with the recently constructed ETP at the Savar industrial complex of the Berger Paints. The students gained practical experience in the function of different segments of the wastewater treatment process. All efforts of the technical personnel employed by the Berger Paints authority during this industrial visit was highly appreciated.
