The Journal Club of the Department of Pharmacy, East West University, successfully organized an engaging scientific presentation session featuring M.Pharm research student A.K.M. Shafiur Rahman. During the session, he delivered an insightful presentation on a contemporary research topic, focusing on the role of Streptococcal M-protein in the pathogenesis of autoimmune valvulitis using an animal model.

The event was honored by the presence of the Chairperson, Professor Dr. Md. Amirul Islam as the Chief Guest. The Chairperson’s valuable presence and inspiring remarks greatly motivated the participating students and faculty members. Professor Dr. Chowdhury Faiz Hossain also delivered an enlightening speech, highlighting the achievements, growth, and prospects of the Journal Club.

The session provided an excellent platform for academic exchange, critical discussion, and knowledge sharing among students and faculty members.
