Application Eligibility

GTA

1. Open to EWU students from the CSE, EEE, and MDS departments.
2. Must have completed a B.Sc. from EWU between Spring 2026 and Summer 2026; or be currently enrolled in the MS program at EWU. Preference will be given to current MS students.
3. Minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 in both B.Sc. and MS (up to Summer 2026).

UTA

1. Must have completed at least 50% of the total credits on or before Summer 2026.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 (up to Summer 2026) and must not have served as a UTA for more than two semesters by Summer 2026.

Documents to be submitted to the MDS Department office (Room # FUB-1002):

1. Application Form
2. Transcript (At the time of submission, CGPA must be at least 3.50 out of 4.00 up to Spring 2026)
3. Recent passport-size photograph
