Departmnt of Pharmacy, East West University has started a Journal Club for its students with the goals of

- Keeping up-to-date with latest research findings and disseminating those findings among other members
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of a research study
- Understanding research methodology and data analysis technologies
- Learning effective and efficient way to search literatures
- Gaining experience of presenting a content to the audience
- Promoting interactive and communication skills
- Improving reading habits

 The first successful session of the Journal Club held on June 09, 2022 in which Anika Fatema Topa, a M.Pharm student of the department, presented a very informative article entitled "Co-carriage of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilus influenza, and Moraxella catarrhalis among three different age categories of children in Hungary".
