A very fruitful meeting between East West University & Industry advisory panel of Department of Pharmacy was held on 21^st August 2022 focusing on the prospects & challenges to improve the quality of Pharmacy Education.

Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin (Chief Advisor & Founder Vice Chancellor, EWU), Mr. Md. Nasser Shahrear Zahedee (Member, Board of Trustees, EWU), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ziaulhaq Mamun, Vice Chancellor (Acting), EWU & Prof. Dr. Syed Ferhat Anwar (Academic Adviser, EWU) had adorned the meeting with their gracious presence.

Prof. Dr. Ruhul Amin (Dean, Faculty of Sciences & Engineering, EWU), Prof. Dr. Sufia Islam (Chairperson, Department of Pharmacy), Prof. Dr. Chowdhury Faiz Hossain, Prof. Dr. Shamsun Nahar Khan & other senior faculty members of department of Pharmacy were also present on the meeting.

The current trend of the pharmaceutical sectors, upcoming challenges, necessary measures to ensure the provision of competent pharmacy graduates & uphold the strong relationship between industry-academia were the major issues discussed on this meeting.
