Ripa Kundu currently holds the position of Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy, East West University. She has accomplished her Bachelor of Professional Pharmacy degree from the University of Dhaka . She also accomplished her Master of Pharmacy degree from Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Dhaka. She conducted her M. Pharm. thesis work entitled “Phytochemical Isolation and Biological Investigation of Cissus assamica”. Ripa Kundu started her professional career as a Research and Development Officer in Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2021. After that, she started her teaching career as a lecturer in the department of Pharmacy at State University of Bangladesh in 2023. She is not only academically accomplished but also engaged in leadership roles. She was the founding treasurer of Dhaka University Pharma Club (DUPC) and served as the Social Welfare Secretary of Kabi Sufia Kamal Hall Union, DUSCU.

• Lecturer in the Dept. of Pharmacy, East West University from September, 2024 till date. 
• Served as a Lecturer in the Dept. of Pharmacy, State University of Bangladesh from August, 2023 to September, 2024. 
• Served as a Research and Development Officer (Analytical Section) in Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from December, 2021 to July, 2023.

• Phytochemical Isolation.
• Studies on in vitro pharmacological activities like antioxidant, cytotoxic, antimicrobial etc. of Bangladeshi medicinal plants.
• Analytical method development and validation by HPLC.
• In-silico molecular docking.
