Nazifa Tabassum completed her M.Pharm in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology securing GPA 4.00 out of 4.00. She completed her B.Pharm from Department of Pharmacy, University of Dhaka securing cGPA-3.99 out of 4.00. She received multiple student scholarships during the course of her studies as a result of her outstanding academic result. She is also awarded with presidential gold medal on 52nd convocation of Dhaka University. She also received two additional gold medals from Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Society and Katha Shilpi Jainuddin Trust. She was awarded with deans award in 2019.
Her area of research is synthetic chemistry and molecular pharmacology. She also holds interest in public health.
