ABOUT.............
Teaching and research are duly complementary because they use many of the same resources, facilities, and personnel. Producing teaching and research together is more efficient than building each separately. Similarly, individual faculty may improve efficiency and productivity if they sometimes engage in activities that accomplish both teaching and research goals at the same time.
In the above perspective, I believe that unifying teaching and research facilitates synergy, enhances faculty's learning, and boosts his/her professional satisfaction. Unfortunately, teaching and research are often found separated, which brings a little outcome. Integrating teaching with research is the best approach that I am following from my teaching career. As a young researcher and academician, I believe that teaching is the best way of learning, and it gives me an immense opportunity to become a lifetime learner. I also think that Outcome-based education(OBE) is now a time demand. Therefore, with the 7-year career of my teaching profession, I finally realized that teaching and research in combination is my profession and my passion, and it's ultimately helping me achieve my goal as I dream for.
I acted as a multidisciplinary researcher alongside making an academician identity for more than eight years from the beginning of my career. I have had my expertise in cardio-pharmacology, neuropharmacology, and Diabetes-related research. I am engaged in collaborative research with eminent faculty members of various countries, mainly from the U.S.A., Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India. I am an expert in developing multiple mice and rat models, e,g., the alloxan-induced diabetic rat/mice model, carrageenan-induced paw edema model in rat/mice, induction of ulcer in the rat model, and involved in the collection of various organs after dissection and studying histopathology. I have sound knowledge on diagnostic necropsy and selected tissue and sample from rats and mice models and more than 35 research publications. My google scholar citation is 427, with i10-index-13 and h-index 12. All journals are indexed in MedLine, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, SCOPUS, EBSCO, etc. Most of the papers have been published with impact factors with a good quartile range. I have more than 48 months of full-time research experience as a research fellow and faculty. I have been awarded a national grant from the Social Science Research Council, Planning Division, Ministry of Planning, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, which is the most prestigious grant from Bangladesh's most extensive ministry.
Thriving myself with this noble profession, I would like to disseminate new ideas of teaching and research outcomes to my students to act as positive change-makers and so far contribute to the nation.
