Basrat Jahan Deea is a registered ‘A’ grade pharmacist in Bangladesh and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at East West University. Previously she held the position of lecturer at the same department. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Validation Executive at SKF pharmaceuticals Limited, where she was responsible for documentation and validation of pharmaceutical products.
She earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and Masters of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Clinical Pharmacy and Molecular Pharmacology at East West University in 2022 and 2020, respectively. She also has one year of experience as a Teaching Assistant at the same institution.
Her teaching expertise includes, Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Human Physiology, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Technology, and pharmaceutical analysis and Cell Biology. Her research interests comprehend pharmacological and public health research, with particular focus on endocrine and neurological health.
