The Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at East West University (EWU) welcomed the incoming class of the Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Analytics program for the Spring 2026 semester with a dedicated orientation session held on January 8, 2026.

EWU Vice Chancellor Professor Shams Rahman attended the occasion as the chief guest, offering words of encouragement and guidance to the incoming cohort as they embarked on their academic journey.

Newly admitted students were introduced to the program structure, departmental offerings, university policies, and campus facilities. Faculty members of the department were also present, engaging with students to ensure a smooth transition into university life and a strong start to their academic pursuits.
