I am basically a Plasma Physicist. My field of research is in the Parametric Instabilities in Plasmas, and in particular Amplitude Modulation & Modulational Instabilities. However, apart from Physics I am also actively engaged in teaching and research in Electronics and Communications Engineering. I have more than eighteen years experience in developing Curricula, Teaching and Research in the field of Applied Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering at East West University. At East West University, I have developed the undergrad ICE, EEE, ETE, MS in Telecom Engineering and M.S. in Applied Physics and Electronics Program Curricula. I am also rigorously involved in supervising research students both at the undergrad and graduate levels. Presently my research interest includes the following broad fields:
