Kazi Nusrat Islam earned her B. S. in Mathematics and M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and in the year 2020 and 2022 from Khulna University, Bangladesh under Science Engineering and Technology School. She has three journal papers. Additionally, she attended different conferences as well as several webinars. Her research interests lie in Mathematical biology, fluid dynamics, mechanical engineering, biomechanics, bioinformatics and computational biology, infectious disease and drug development. She has lifetime membership of Bangladesh Society for Mathematical Biology (BSMB), Dhaka, Bangladesh, and full membership of Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), Trieste, Italy.
