Achievement Details

Sadika Parvin Mumu, a final year student of the EEE Department has been selected in the third Shoktikonna Leadership Cohort 2025 through a competitive selection process. Only 75 participants have been selected from out of more than 1000 applicants. The third Shoktikonna Leadership Cohort 2025 is organized in collaboration with the European Union Delegation in Bangladesh, GIZ, the WePOWER Network, the World Bank, and Devtale Partners to empower young women to take on leadership roles in Bangladesh’s green energy transition. The program offers mentorship, skills development, and internship opportunities to help participants build their pathways into the energy and power sector to accelerate progress toward SDG 7. Participants will receive exclusive training from experts through a structured learning curriculum designed to strengthen both technical and leadership skills essential for the green transition, while also taking part in the Solve-A-Thon competition and Green Skills Summit. We congratulate Mumu for her selection in this significant program.
