Shovon Talukder earned his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from East-West University (EWU), Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2018, with a thesis on thin-film solar cells.
In 2020, he began his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Ulsan, South Korea, completing it in February 2022. His master's research focused on a novel micro fuse sensor using negative temperature coefficient-based tungsten oxide metal oxide.
He returned to Bangladesh and held Lecturer positions in EEE at Dhaka International University (April - November 2022) and Southeast University (November 2022 - February 2023), where he researched unmorphed actuators using the Finite Element Method.
Since February 2023, he has been a Lecturer in the EEE Department at East-West University, and he also serves as a moderator for the IEEE EWU student branch.
