The title of the project is “Assessing Breast Cancer Risk Associated with Polymorphism of Genetic Markers among Bangladeshi women”.
  2. Research grant under special allocations (Interdisciplinary group) from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Bangladesh in the financial years 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. The title of the project is “Analysis of the effects of food and water borne carcinogens on the cancer patients of Bangladesh”.
  3. CRT, EWU, Determination of Azithromycin Resistant Mechanisms of Shigella, Salmonella and Vibrio cholerae strains isolated in Bangladesh. Principle Investigator. Value: 10,42,117 BDT. This project is in collaboration with ICDDR,B.

Project title: Investigating the Oncogenic Susceptibility Conferred by ERCC1-rs11615 Polymorphism: A Genetic Association Study in Breast and Colorectal Cancer among the Bangladeshi Population.

Principal Investigator. Research grant from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST R&D), Govt. of Bangladesh, in the financial year 2024-2025. Project title: Comparison of extracellular Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (ePGPR) and intracellular PGPR (iPGPR) from the rhizosphere of Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) on soil fertility and crop productivity.
