Sanzana Karim Lora is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at East West University (EWU), Bangladesh. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). She also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the same.
Her research interests focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Computational Social Science, with a particular emphasis on low-resource languages. She has contributed to areas such as sentiment analysis, sarcasm detection, and cross-lingual NLP—aiming to create impactful, accessible solutions for linguistically underrepresented communities.
In addition to her academic work, Sanzana is an active reviewer for several reputed international journals and conferences in the fields of AI and language technology. She brings critical insight and dedication to maintaining scholarly quality and advancing research frontiers.
She also has substantial teaching experience, having served previously as an Adjunct Lecturer at Independent University Bangladesh (IUB), Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), United International University (UIU) and so on. At EWU, she continues to inspire and mentor students in both theoretical and applied computer science.
