Amit Kumar Das received his B.Sc. degree and M.S. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He is now working as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, East West University, Bangladesh. He was a Specialist, Digital Services, Robi Axiata Limited, Bangladesh during 2015-2016.

He was the principal investigators of some national and international research projects funded by Government of Bangladesh and Information Society Innovation Fund (ISIF) Asia.

His research interest is in the area of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Sensor Data Clouds, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, etc.

He has published a good number of research papers in international conferences and journals. He is a reviewer for the Journal of Electrical Engineering, David Publishing Company, Journal of Control Science & Engineering, David Publishing Company, Future Generation Computer Systems (FGCS), Elsevier, and IEEE Access.

He is a member of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, and Internet Society (ISOC).
