The Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at East West University (EWU) formally welcomed newly admitted students to its Bachelor of Science in Mathematics program for the Summer 2025 semester. The orientation event was held on June 17, 2025, at the university campus.

EWU Vice Chancellor Professor Shams Rahman attended the occasion as the chief guest, offering words of encouragement and guidance to the incoming cohort as they embarked on their academic journey. The program provided students with an overview of the department, academic curriculum, university facilities, as well as rules and regulations.

Faculty members from the department were also present, extending their support and sharing insights with the students to help ease their transition into university life.
