Dr. Md. Naimul Haque is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering department at the East West University, Bangladesh. He earned a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering degree from the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh and a M.Eng. in Structural Engineering and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Yokohama National University (YNU), Japan (2015). He received a number of awards for his excellent academic performance in the graduate level. Prior to joining at East West University, he worked as an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering department at the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. He also has professional experiences in designing civil engineering structures. Dr. Haque teaches structural analysis and design related courses in the undergraduate level. His research interests include the bridge and bluff body aerodynamics, seismic responses of civil structures and strengthening of RC building components. He published a number of research articles in international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Haque is also serving as a reviewer for international journals.
